Neeraj founded Amalgam to provide its clients software solutions and services based on collaboration, pragmatism, and an entrepreneurial outlook. He digs into 25 years of experience in startups, Financial Services, and software development to mentor and guide the Consultants at Amalgam. He is an avid reader, dabbles in writing, and loves to travel to different parts of the world.

David focuses on business development, creating/building partnerships, and engineering custom solutions to meet partner needs. He has over 8 years of marketing, sales, and investing experience in the financial technology and media sectors. David loves cats and making comedy sketches.

Jub is always hard at work trying to put together technical solutions to business problems. Over the course of the last 20 years, he has done just that for a variety of major names in the retail, financial, and insurance industries. He is a proficient full stack developer and is the "Go To" for finding technical breakthroughs to the toughest problems. Jub when not programming, listens to music and plays with his daughter.

Naren is an accomplished leader with deep technical skills. He focuses on developing next-gen, cloud compliant applications using open source and emerging technologies. Naren has over 20 years of experience in successfully designing and developing enterprise products within finance, retail, telecom, CPG, and pharma firms. In his free time, Naren loves to play badminton.

Lisa is a certified scrum master, business analyst, and tester for Amalgam, Inc.  Her experience includes quality assurance testing, development, project management, and scrum master roles utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies for telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries.  In her free time, Lisa is an amateur photographer, nature lover, and fitness enthusiast.  She can often be found wandering through the various nature preserves around her, camera in hand.

Vikas specializes in architecture and development of very large scale enterprise applications, data pipeline, and service integration platform. He has over 20 years of experience and has worked in Sun Microsystems, Software AG, OpenText and Oracle. Vikas loves to visit new places and explore.

Sumita’s business and legal acumen is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly at Amalgam. She uses her law background to oversee agreements and define terms of work with our clients. An avid cook, she loves creating a variety of dishes in the kitchen for family, friends and colleagues.

Oleg has been leading DevOps at Amalgam for the last 5 years. His focus had been on Docker, Kubernetes and AWS. He has more than 12 years of experience leading the development and deployment of large scale web & mobile applications. When not creating technology solutions, Oleg loves to spend time with his children and play table tennis.

Viktor has 8 years in software development and 5 years of extensive experience in the sphere of Web programming. Viktor was a part of the team that successfully implemented two famous projects for Avaya Company. Currently he is working as a senior full-stack engineer (Angular, React, RxJs, Redux, Java EE, SQL optimizations)
